DESCRIPTION:
Luwak coffee is a unique and rare coffee made from beans that have undergone a special fermentation process through a civet, resulting in a smoother, less acidic coffee. The beans are cleaned and roasted. This coffee is known for its distinct flavour profile and is considered a delicacy in many parts of the world.
ORIGIN:
Aceh, Indonesia.
BEAN TYPE:
75% Arabica + 25% Robusta
DIRECTIONS:
Whole coffee beans are to be ground and used in the brewing method of choice.
