WILD LUWAK

DESCRIPTION:

Luwak coffee is a unique and rare coffee made from beans that have undergone a special fermentation process through a civet, resulting in a smoother, less acidic coffee. The beans are cleaned and roasted. This coffee is known for its distinct flavour profile and is considered a delicacy in many parts of the world. The "wild" in Wild Luwak coffee refers to the natural process in which beans are foraged, ensuring a natural and sustainable selection method.

Gayo, Indonesia. 

DIRECTIONS:

Whole coffee beans are to be ground and used in the brewing method of choice.
